Terms of service
These terms govern use of DEOSX products. Accepting a quote or opening an account means accepting them.

The service
DEOSX provides regulated conversion, custody-adjacent wallet services and settlement between fiat and stablecoins. Quotes are firm for their stated lock window and binding once accepted.

Eligibility and onboarding
Institutional counterparties complete KYB verification before their first quote. Individual users complete identity verification before transacting. We may decline or exit relationships to meet our obligations.

Fees and settlement
Pricing is the published mid-market rate plus the published spread. Settlement timelines are targets, not guarantees, where third-party rails are involved.

Liability
We are liable for our own negligence and nothing broader: not for network congestion, counterparty failure or losses from credentials you failed to protect.
