Privacy policy
This policy explains what DEOSX collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us.

What we collect
Account data you give us (name, contact details, KYB documentation), transaction records the service generates, and technical logs needed to keep the platform secure. Nothing else.

Why we collect it
To operate the platform: verifying counterparties, executing and settling trades, meeting sanctions and Travel Rule obligations, and keeping the audit trail regulators expect of us.

Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with settlement partners and regulators where the law requires it, and retained for the statutory record-keeping period that applies to financial institutions.

Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate records, or deletion where regulation permits. Write to privacy@deosx.co and we respond within 30 days.
